Handmade choker necklace with carefully selected Swarovski crystals with a 925 sterling silver clasp.

Swarovski crystal is not a stone, it is a type of glass made with silicon oxide (a mineral composed of quartz) and lead. This material is manufactured at very high temperatures. This and the high content of Lead give it this diamond appearance. They are not very hard crystals, so they can suffer scratches.
