Sepomex arrives within 6 to 15 business days from leaving our warehouse, including tracking and delivery confirmation depending on your destination. Mexpost Mail arrives within 5-9 business days from leaving our warehouse, and includes tracking and signature confirmation. We do NOT cover taxes or taxes on international shipments that are collected once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so we cannot predict what they will be. Fees and taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the shipping company.

Potential Delays : When orders shipped internationally arrive at the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures that may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Refused Shipments: If you choose to refuse any shipment from Naked Boutique, or if a shipment is not claimed, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to your destination, duties, taxes and/or customs incurred on the package (In original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Naked Boutique; This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Any refund is at the sole discretion of Naked Boutique. If a refund is issued, Naked Boutique will charge a 20% (final value) restocking fee. Unclaimed and refused items are not subject to refunds after 30 days of arrival at their destination for international items. Unclaimed items are not subject to refund after 10 days of arrival at their destination.

NATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to all of MEXICO through REDPACK (3-5 days) or UPS (next day). We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING via REDPACK on all orders over $1,500 pesos within the contiguous 31 states. Packages cannot exceed 5 kilos and will be dispatched from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. All our shipments include a guide number so you can track it.

SHIPPING IN THE METROPOLITAN CDMX AREA
We have same-day shipments in the CDMX metropolitan area upon receipt of the order before 12 pm of the day, upon receipt after or on the weekend, the order will ship the next business day.
If you have an emergency, let us know and we will do everything possible so that your shipment is delivered to you that same day.
We offer you different shipments by bicycle or motorcycle, you decide!

SHIPMENTS

We recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to business addresses. Please contact us to request this, and in this case, we will adjust your invoice to reflect the updated shipping rate.

When you order an item from Naked Boutique, this item will be reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved, your credit card will be charged at the time of your order. Naked Boutique will deliver your order as soon as it arrives at our store. All our delivery dates are approximate, since manufacturers regulate this date according to their production schedules. We have no control over your production schedules or inventory. Naked Boutique will refund your payment if we are unable to fulfill your pre-order. If you cancel your order for any reason, we will gladly offer you online credit towards any Naked Boutique item. Returns are not accepted on pre-ordered items. Instead, store credit will be offered for any item.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars. The exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that issued your credit card, but will generally closely match current exchange rates. One-off items are one size fits all, we try to keep sizing as accurate as possible based on standard sizing, but we recommend you refer to the Size Guide for exact measurements. We do NOT accept returns for one-of-a-kind merchandise.

Vintage carvings and modern carvings are generally very different. Because of this, we provide detailed measurements of all vintage clothing to help you determine if it will fit properly. An estimate of the estimated modern size will be noted as well as any size on the tag, but please refer to measurements to best determine fit. VINTAGE ITEMS

dDue to the limited nature of these items, all vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories are non-returnable. Our vintage items may show signs of age. If your item is grossly misrepresented, we will offer a store credit for the full purchase price, including shipping.

These rare returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and sent via insured, traceable mail.

For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny a return. Please DO NOT purchase vintage items to try on and return as we provide accurate care measurements for each piece. We keep detailed photos and inspect each item carefully, so please keep that in mind when requesting a return. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

All accessories, magazines, swimsuits, underwear, shoes and glasses are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns of old merchandise that does not fit.

NEW ARTICLES

All returns must be authorized by Naked Boutique. Returns and exchanges for new items are accepted within 7 days for domestic purchases and 10 days for international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny a return. All returns must be sent by insured, traceable mail. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Returns must be received in NEW, NOT WORKED, NOT WASHED condition and with ALL LABELS ATTACHED.

All accessories, jewelry, lingerie, magazines, swimwear, underwear, shoes and glasses are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that all sale items 20% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
