CREATING AN ACCOUNT
To open your account, click here. Creating an account allows you to add and delete items from your shopping cart, make purchases, create a wish list, and subscribe for our weekly newsletter that’s full of vintage and new items, looks, store news, discounts, and more.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12 pm est (MEXICO) will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase, pending availability and credit card verification. Once your order ships, you’ll be sent an e-mail with a tracking number, depending on method of shipment. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO.
We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen packages or packages delayed by Mexpost, Sepomex, Fedex, DHL, Estafeta, Redpack, USPS or Local Postal Service.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards payments, as well as Paypal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.
note. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on Naked Boutique, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we´ll notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.
Shipping cost is based on delivery service, price and weight of item, insurance and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process.
We recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to commercial addresses. Please contact us to request this, and in this case we will adjust your invoice to reflect the upgraded shipping rate.
SHIPPING | Domestic
We ship within MEXICO via SEPOMEX using MEXPOST Express Mail (1-2 days), Sepomex (2-3 days), or Fedex (Next day). We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING by Sepomex Priority Mail, on all orders over $150 shipped within the 31 continuous states. Packages may not exceed 7 pounds and will be delivered in 1-3 business days. Mexpost Mail includes delivery confirmation and insurance.
SHIPPING | International (limited)
We ♥ our overseas customers! International orders are shipped through FEDEX Express Guaranteed (1-3 business days), MEXPOST Express International Mail (business 3-9 days) or Priority International Mail and USPS First Class Airmail (6-20 business days). First Class Airmail typically arrives in 2-3 weeks, but can be faster depending on your location. Sepomex arrives within 6-15 business days from leaving our warehouse, includes tracking and delivery confirmation depending on your destination. Mexpost Mail arrives within 5-9 business days from leaving our warehouse, and includes both tracking and signature confirmation. Cost is based on delivery service, price, insurance and weight of item and destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to view the shipping/handling costs on the review page of the checkout process.
For now we offer shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Belarus, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, China, Chile, Cyrus, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakstan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Russian Federation, Singapore, Spain, Republic of South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, USA, Vietnam. If you want to purchase from us and don’t live in these territories, please contact us for your specified shipping and we will happily help you.
We now offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for any purchase of $250 or more. This Free International Shipping offer is for the following areas: Australia, USA, Uk and Canada. Orders will be shipped using Sepomex International Service (6-20 Working days).
We DO NOT cover taxes or duty on International shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by Sepomex or Local Postal Service. (Sepomex-Mexican Postal Service.).
-Possible Delays- When orders shipped Internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
-Refused Shipments- If you decide to refuse any shipments from Naked Boutique, or if a shipment is not claimed, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Naked Boutique; this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Any refunds are at the sole discretion of Naked Boutique. If a refund is issued, Naked Boutique will charge a 20% (final value) restocking fee. Unclaimed and Refused items are not subject to refunds after 30 days after arrival to its destination for International items. Unclaimed Domestic items are not subject to refund after 10 days after arrival to its destination.
We STOCK all item in our warehouse. This means that your package will be process inmediatelty after receiving payment and shipped after 2 days of handling.
All sale items with 20% discount or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
When you pre-order a Naked Boutique item, this product is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved, your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. Naked Boutique delivers your order as soon as it arrives to our store. All of our delivery dates are approximate, because manufacturers regulate this date according to their production schedules. We have no control over their production schedules or inventory. Naked Boutique will refund your credit card if we cannot fulfill your pre-order. If you cancel your order for any reason, we will happily offer you online store credit good for any Naked Boutique item. No returns are accepted on pre-ordered items. Instead, store credit will be offered for any returned pre-order items.
All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but usually it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Items are sized, we try to keep the sizing as accurate as possible according to standard sizing, but we recommend you refer to the Size Guide for exact measurements. We DO NOT accept returns for One-of-a.kind merchandise that does not fit.
Our vintage items are authentic, with a small selection of modern pieces and a few items that date into the early 1970s. If we know the era an item was produced, we will note it in the description. Our vintage items are not new, and in most cases do show some signs of age. By placing your order, you accept that the goods ordered may contain imperfections.
We have made the following conditions chart:
Mint: An item is as perfect and pristine as when it was originally made and shows no sign of wear (mint condition is rare for vintage clothing).
Near mint: An item shows only the slightest signs of wear.
Excellent: An item shows typical signs of wear due to occasional use.
Very good: An item is considered wearable but has some surface flaws (staining or soiling, for example).
Good: An item is wearable but cannot be returned to excellent condition even if repairs are made.
Because vintage clothing is from past eras, sizes will vary from decade to decade and from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please contact us if you have any questions about the item.
Sizing and Measurements. Vintage sizing and Modern sizing are usually very different. Because of this, we provide detailed measurements of all vintage clothing to help you determine whether it will fit correctly. An assessment of the estimated modern size will be noted, as well as any sizes on the tag, but please refer to measurements to best determine fit.

RETURNS | New Items
All returns must be authorized by Naked Boutique. Returns and Exchanges for new items are accepted within 7 days for domestic and 10 days for international purchases from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. Shipping Return Charges will be pay by customer. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED condition and with ALL TAG ATTACHED.
All accessories, jewelry, lingerie, magazines, swimwear, underwear, shoes and eye wear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping Charges are non-refundable Please note that all sale items 20% off or more are FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
RETURNS | Vintage
Items Due to the limited nature of these items, all vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories are non-returnable. Our vintage items may show signs of age. If your item is grossly misrepresented, we will offer a store credit for the full purchase price, including shipping.
These rare returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable and insured mail.
For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Please DO NOT purchase vintage items to try on and return, as we provide accurate measurements for each piece. We maintain detailed photos and inspect each item carefully, so please be aware when requesting a return. Shipping charges will be pay by costumer.
All accessories, magazines, swimwear, underwear, shoes and eyewear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns for vintage merchandise that does not fit.
Naked Boutique is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information you provide during registration is used to process your orders or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. Naked Boutique guarantees the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by logging into your account and opting out of the mailing list.
Naked Boutique uses Paypal to process Credit Card payment. Paypal is in charge of Credit Card security. When you pay with Paypal, the store will never see the digits of your Credit Card of your Bank Account. Your financial information is secure and you are covered by Paypal’s Buyer Protection Policy against unauthorized payments on your account. Naked Boutique does not receive or hold any account information.
Naked Boutique may provide you with links and references to other sites, but is not responsible for the content of those sites and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content.
This site is controlled and operated by Naked Boutique. Naked Boutique reserves the right to make changes to the information on this site and the services described therein, at anytime without notice.
